Design and deploy end-to-end IoT monitoring solutions for water treatment plants, sensor selection, gateway configuration (MQTT/Modbus/OPC-UA), cloud integration and dashboard setup. You'll own deployments from site survey to go-live and train client teams on the platform.
Program and commission PLC/SCADA systems for STPs, WTPs and ETPs. Experience with Siemens/Allen-Bradley PLCs, HMI development, telemetry integration and instrumentation loops required. You'll modernise legacy panels into connected, remotely-operable plants.
Lead O&M teams across treatment facilities: shift planning, preventive maintenance, chemical dosing optimisation, statutory compliance (CPCB/SPCB) and client reporting. Environmental/civil/mechanical engineering background with hands-on plant experience preferred.
Turn plant telemetry into insight: build dashboards, energy-per-ML models, NRW analyses and compliance reports. Strong SQL and Python/BI tooling skills; curiosity about pumps, pipes and physics a big plus.
Develop firmware for our field telemetry units: low-power design, 4G/LoRaWAN connectivity, sensor drivers (4–20 mA, RS-485), OTA updates and fail-safe local logging for remote rural deployments.
Install, calibrate and service sensors, flow meters, analysers and telemetry panels at client sites. ITI/Diploma in instrumentation or electronics; willingness to travel; two-wheeler licence preferred.
