Platform & Technology
Anything your water infrastructure produces data about: tank and reservoir levels, flow rates, pump status and run-hours, pressure, energy consumption, and water quality parameters such as pH, turbidity, residual chlorine, BOD/COD and TSS. Data streams into a secure cloud dashboard accessible on web and mobile, 24/7.
Yes. Our platform is vendor-agnostic. We integrate with common industrial protocols, Modbus RTU/TCP, MQTT, OPC-UA and standard 4–20 mA instrumentation, so your existing PLCs, flow meters and analysers keep working. Where visibility is missing, we add sensors; we never force a rip-and-replace.
Our telemetry units are built for rural India: solar-ready power, local data logging during network outages, and automatic backfill once connectivity returns. Sites can transmit over 4G, and we support LoRaWAN configurations for clusters of villages.
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest, hosted on enterprise cloud infrastructure with role-based access control and full audit logs. Your data belongs to you, we export it in open formats whenever you ask. See our Privacy Policy for details.
A single plant with existing instrumentation typically goes live in 2–4 weeks including site survey, integration and training. Multi-village rural schemes are phased, with the first sites streaming data within the first month.

Both, that's our biggest strength. You can subscribe to the monitoring platform alone, or engage our certified teams for complete O&M of STPs, WTPs, ETPs, sewer networks and rural schemes. With the combined model, alerts don't just notify someone, they trigger our crews to act.
We build compliance into daily operations: CPCB and SPCB discharge norms for treated effluent and sewage, IS 10500 drinking water quality standards, and scheme-specific reporting requirements for government programs. Reports are generated automatically and are audit-ready.

Yes. Every deployment includes hands-on training on dashboards, alerts and reports. Through our Water for Good initiative we also run certification programs that train local youth as plant operators and IoT technicians.
Commercials
Monitoring is subscription-based per site/parameter set, with hardware either purchased or bundled into the subscription. O&M contracts are scoped per facility. We're happy to structure pricing for ULB budgets, tenders and CSR-funded programs, request a quote.
Yes, our terms are transparent and fair. Subscriptions can be cancelled with notice as described in our Cancellation Policy, and your historical data is exported to you before closure.
